Early customers usually come from places you already have permission to speak: communities, previous coworkers, niche forums, and the people you interviewed during validation.
Start close
- People who already described the problem to you.
- Operators in a niche Slack, WhatsApp, or industry group.
- A warm introduction from someone who does the job every day.
The ask
Ask for a specific next step: try this URL, book a 15-minute walkthrough, or reply with the last time the problem happened. Vague “check it out” messages are easy to ignore.
