A launch is not a press event. It is the moment real people can complete the job without you sitting next to them.

Before you share the link

• The core job works on a phone and a desktop.
• Sign-in, reset password, and a clear empty state exist if accounts are required.
• You know where errors go (email, log, or a simple inbox).
• Pricing or access is explained in one sentence.
• You can name 20 people who should see it first.

The day you launch

1. Send a personal note to the people you already spoke with.
2. Watch the first sessions or ask for a five-minute call.
3. Write down every blocker. Fix blockers before adding features.
