Early-stage work is mostly choosing a customer, a problem, and a constraint. Everything else is easier when those three are written down.
Write four sentences
- Who this is for.
- The problem they have today.
- The outcome they want.
- What you will not do in the first version.
Learn on a weekly cadence
Pick one question per week: Can I find this customer? Will they try it? Will they come back? Will they pay? Answer it with a test, not a meeting.
