Product-market fit
When a defined customer group wants the product enough to use it, keep using it, and tell you when it breaks.

Product-market fit is the point where a specific market pulls the product forward: people use it, return, and care when it is down.
It is observed in behavior, not declared in a pitch. Early signs include repeat use, organic referrals, and customers who complain when a core job fails.
